London needs no introduction as a top tourist destination with its historical attractions such as The Tower of London and Houses of Parliament as well as the more fun, the Coca-Cola London Eye wheel and ArcelorMittal Orbit slide. New York is also at the top of the list for most tourists and does not disappoint with its iconic skyscraper skyline, expansive and entertaining Central Park and imposing Empire State Building. Barcelona, the Catalan capital, is the fourth most visited city in Europe due to its whimsical Gaudí-designed masterpieces and variety of attractions as well as its beaches. Finally, Amsterdam is a popular European tourist destination due to its distinct character of canals and 17th-century architecture. Students can take a bus tour of Schiphol Airport, Europe’s fourth largest airport and experience some popular tourist attractions such as Madam Tussauds and Efteling Theme Park.
