Faith, Beliefs and Dietary Requirements
We understand the needs of different faiths which may involve special dietary requirements and time for worship. We will tailor your trip around your requests.
Flight Choices
We understand that it may be cheaper, in some countries, for you to book your own flights directly from your country of origin. We will provide you with a quote with and without flights in order for you to make a comparison. We will still arrange all the other aspects of your tour for you.
Insurance
We are happy to provide you with a quote for travel insurance. If you choose to book your own insurance, please ensure it is appropriate for your travel arrangement/activities and covers repatriation to your country of residence. The policy must be in place before you pay any deposits and covers the full cost of the trip.
Passport & Visa Advice
As with any trip aboard please ensure you and your students have the correct documentation to enter and leave other countries, including any transit countries. You must ensure that passports are not expiring soon and have the correct number of months left to cover the dates of travel. You will need to visit the website of the embassy or consulate of your destination to see the most up to date entry requirements.
